Kristin Conner is the Director of Community and Corporate Partnerships, bringing 3.5 years of dedicated service and impact to the organization. In her role, Kristin leads strategic engagement efforts with local communities and corporate partners, strengthening relationships that expand resources, advance organizational goals, and deepen community impact.
Since joining the team, Kristin has been instrumental in developing innovative partnership initiatives, enhancing collaboration across sectors, and cultivating meaningful connections that support the mission. Known for her strong relationship-building skills and strategic mindset, she excels at creating mutually beneficial opportunities that drive long-term growth.
Kristin serves on the board of the Revelation Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to providing compassionate care and essential resources to individuals experiencing homelessness. She is also an active member of Kiwanis, where she contributes to community-focused service initiatives and is currently the President.
In her free time, Kristin enjoys scuba diving, making memories with her husband and their four children, and traveling to Kentucky to see her family as often as possible.
