United Way of Northwest Alabama’s 2-1-1 Program, based in Florence, AL, is looking for compassionate and dependable Volunteer Community Resource Specialists to help connect people in need with vital health and human services in Lauderdale, Colbert, Franklin, Winston, Marion, and Lawrence Counties.
As a volunteer, you’ll receive thorough training on how to navigate and use our 2-1-1 resource database to assist callers in finding food, housing, healthcare, employment support, and much more.
